How We Grow
We use organic growing practices and work with the seasons, embracing what the land offers throughout the year. Summer brings juicy heirloom tomatoes and heat-loving squash, while the cooler months shift toward hardy crops like broccoli, salad greens, and root vegetables, often made sweeter by a touch of frost.
Food as Connection
Food is central to our community, nourishing our bodies so that we may nourish our souls.We wanted our wines to be bolstered by quality meals— with produce grown just steps from our kitchen. Thus, the Market Garden was created. With flourishing amounts we questioned: why stop with just our kitchen? With the space we had, we could deliver directly to community restaurants that prioritize fresh, local produce.
For us, the Market Garden is another way to feel physically connected to the land we call home. Not only are we enhancing our recipes, we are learning what to grow and share in our little corner of Paso.
Our Partners
To share our love with those around us we have been so honored to partner with Allegretto Vineyard Resort in Paso Robles, providing our produce with their restaurant Cello. Our partnership began in _____ and has bloomed into a beautiful connection working to nourish all those around us with delicious meals made from quality produce and care.
