This robust blend of estate grown Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc and Malbec satisfies the hearty red lover's needs! Our award-winning 2007 Gobbler's Knob offers sassy aromas of white pepper, bramble leaves and leather. The sweet entry opens up to rustic flavors of spiced red currant and boysenberry, as youthful tannins add a pleasing chewiness. This vintage is pleasing now but will only get better with aging.
