Robust aromas of smoky bacon and saddle leather swirl heartily with black currant and bread dough. The silky mid-palate allows nutmeg-spiced blackberry and vibrant cranberry flavors to linger before lively, pliant tannins lift the palate to a gratifyingly protracted finish. The blend of estate Cabernet Franc, Malbec and Cabernet Sauvignon was barrel aged for 3 years. The result is a new world wine with the structure and refinement of an old word Bordeaux. Enjoyable now but definitely an age-worthy addition to your cellar.
